Requirements Engineering


  1. Requirement gathering/Requirement elicitation - Developers and stakeholders meet to discuss the needs and expectations regarding the software product.
  2. Requirement analysis and negotiation - Requirements are identified (including new ones if the development is iterative), and conflicts with stakeholders are solved. Both written and graphical tools can used for the understanding purpose like use case/user stories and UML diagrams respectively.
  3. System modeling - Design or Blueprint of the product require to be created before the development starts with the help of developer
  4. Requirements specification Documentation - Creating Functional, Product, Business and Technical Requirement documents including Project Roadmap.
